When you receive delivery, please check for damage in the plastic covering of the package. This sometimes happen during the transportation.
If you are not going to be installing the building straight away. In the rare even that there might be any damage to the package, such as rips and tears in the plastic, then we would recommend to seal these. To ensure the cabin is protected from the elements.
Whilst we do try and ensure the building will arrive as safely as possible, there can sometimes be occurrences where there might be some damaged items. If you do find any of these, we would just need you to take some pictures of the damage in situ of the pallet and email these into us. We can then action replacements to be sent out to you.
It is also highly important, that you keep the package number and supplier code for the cabin, please see the below for an example of where these can be found. These are on the label stuck to the side of the package:
