Log Cabins
Log Cabins are the best solution for a variety of uses, from basic storage and all the way up to additional accommodation or office space.
Generally they will be better value than a traditional panel building such as a shed or summerhouse, they will be thicker and stronger and often cheaper when compared.

Flex Fence Installation
Flex Fences, Often known as louvres can really be a fun garden feature, How do they work how’s the installation process for them you ask?
We sell the rails in the price shown on the site, Each rail arrives at 1.65m and you get two per set
We do also sell timber in our vast Timber range for you to consider.
Firstly I have included a picture below to show how the rails will need fixing to the uprights, There are a series of pre-drill holes up the rails for you to screw through.
We send a pack of 40mm screws with heads large enough not to go through these holes fully... you may of course use your own if prefered.
There are 7 holes per rail, We supply 14 of these 40mm screws
For the slat mountings, Each has two pre-drilled holes in place and we provide 25mm screws in sufficient QTY for both rails worth.
You can again use your own screws if preferred depending on the sized timber you choose.
The louvres can be opened/closed altogether using the protruding rail you see above on the left hand side.

Out Of Hours Help
If you have an urgent out of hours fitting or installation enquiry, and cannot find the answers here, please email outofhours@tuin.co.uk.
This address is manned by experienced fitters on their days off but will assist you with urgent help requests - we have up to a 1.5 hours response time out of hours.
Our normal opening hours are 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday. We are closed evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

For the best customer experience we use a 'helpdesk' software which we use to handle calls and customer interaction. It works rather well. Ideally please use the contact forms on the site to contact us or alternatively send an email to info@tuin.co.uk
About Tuin:
We are the only UK importers from Holland of Tuindeco's product, we supply to many UK retailers who rebrand our products as their own. We supply a LOT of companies. Now you have found us you can buy direct at very good prices!
Delivery:
Delivery times are shown on the product pages near the top. This is an expected delivery, occasionally and often out of our control these can vary but we will always keep you informed, especially if it is delayed or expected earlier.
Installation Service:
We do have a Fitting Service, however it is dependent on how many miles you are away from us. Please see this page: Tuin Installation / Fitting Service.
We do not offer a base laying service or other parts of the install such as electrics or plumbing.
We can also provide details of independent self employed installers who will often be cheaper than our services.
Payment of your order:
We do not take full payment with your order, we simply pre-authorise your payment method and capture payment when delivery is arranged. If we do not have a pre-authorised payment on record we will instead send you an online payment link when time comes to pay:
Instructions:
Our instructions take the form of line drawing plans as we service the whole of Europe. Some people find these good, others not so good. For complicated structures such as log cabins we offer a lot of additional information in the form of articles and videos. Please see this page regarding instructions and whether you will find them suitable for a DIY build
Offer and Sales
We try to maintain keen prices always but these are so keen they do suffer from the volatility of exchange rates, timber prices and haulage costs. Offers when available are clearly shown, for very keen prices you will notice an end date which we must stick to unless contacted prior to the offer end, even then we can only hold the price for a few days.
We also have other products at a sale price and on special 'Rummage Sale' deals.

We are extremely conscious of all our legal obligations and go above and beyond what is expected.
