Our cabins are not officially evaluated for wind loads. Only snow loading limits/roof strengths are assessed to meet Dutch/German standards.
However for an exposed areas we certainly have recommendations, for example we would always suggest the use of either our metal roded storm kit system which are spring loaded to allow for the natural movement of these log cabin logs ;https://www.tuin.co.uk/Storm-Kit-for-Log-Cabins.html, or of ours a wooden homemade version which in my opinion looks a little better.
In very exposed areas you may also like to avoid purchasing a cabin with a large canopy which could potentially catch the wind as well as fixing your foundation beams securely to your base along with the first layer of logs to the foundations.
