No, the standard cabin does not come with a floor. This is because you may require something different and not wish to spend the extra.
With our log cabins, the flooring is completely floating and will be the last thing that is installed. Due to this, this leaves the customer with the option of what they would like to do with the flooring inside. We offer our own timber flooring option. With our floor packs, these will come with the treated joists, tongue and groove boards and the skirting boards.
However, some customers, who might be using the cabin as a gym or workshop may keep the base as the flooring inside as a timber floor is not always wanted, dependent on the use of the cabin.
Or if you are wanting to lay carpet or laminate inside, then some customers will opt to do their own flooring, not seeing the point in paying for a T&G floor to then cover this. If you would like to do this, you would just need to source your own floor joists, and floor covering. A common floor covering when doing your own floor is to use ply or osb.
