You can disassemble a Log Cabin of ours and take it down once installed. We do this ourselves when we must replace obsolete show buildings.
Customers have done this in the past if they are moving house and would like to take the cabin with them.
Taking down a cabin is the reverse of putting them up. It is though, very unlikely that you will be able to save the roofing material and reuse it.
You can expect some minor damage to the roof boards and floorboards if these were nailed on the installation.
Use a sacrificial piece of timber and a mallet to knock the logs apart, sometimes if you have treated the building well the logs will be stuck together but these will soon release.
If you were to disassemble your cabin and needed any replacement parts, please just send us an email with what is required and we can quote you for replacements.
