About Tuin:

We are the only UK importers from Holland of Tuindeco's product, we supply to many UK retailers who rebrand our products as their own. We supply a LOT of companies. Now you have found us you can buy direct at very good prices!

Delivery:

Delivery times are shown on the product pages near the top. This is an expected delivery, occasionally and often out of our control these can vary but we will always keep you informed, especially if it is delayed or expected earlier.

• For our small items we use Tuffnells carrier.
• For larger items such as fencing we use Jack Richards and Sons who are part of the Palletways network.
• For Log Cabins, Gazebos, Carports and other building we use a specialist haulier with a demountable forklift for ease of delivery.

Installation Service:

We do have a Fitting Service, however it is dependent on how many miles you are away from us. Please see this page: Tuin Installation / Fitting Service.

We do not offer a base laying service or other parts of the install such as electrics or plumbing.

We can also provide details of independent self employed installers who will often be cheaper than our services.

Payment of your order:

We do not take full payment with your order, we simply pre-authorise your payment method and capture payment when delivery is arranged. If we do not have a pre-authorised payment on record we will instead send you an online payment link when time comes to pay:

Instructions:

Our instructions take the form of line drawing plans as we service the whole of Europe. Some people find these good, others not so good. For complicated structures such as log cabins we offer a lot of additional information in the form of articles and videos. Please see this page regarding instructions and whether you will find them suitable for a DIY build

Offer and Sales

We try to maintain keen prices always but these are so keen they do suffer from the volatility of exchange rates, timber prices and haulage costs. Offers when available are clearly shown, for very keen prices you will notice an end date which we must stick to unless contacted prior to the offer end, even then we can only hold the price for a few days.
