It is very important to remember though that your log cabin will move, This is what they do especially in the first year of its life as explained here:
So not to disrupt this natural movement of your log cabin when installing your internal wall you must use a floating, wall mounted system. doing so will allow the logs to expand and contract as they like without being constricted.
For a solid log based wall you will need to use what we call a Log cabin connector. Or for a Stud wall a slotted join in the framework as shown below.
